Sur la magnifique route vers Corte nous nous sommes arrêtés dîner au restaurant "Chez Jean Pierre ". Ce fut une merveilleuse idée. Tout était parfait.....la cuisine délicieuse, le service impeccable et surtout un accueil extraordinaire. La gentillesse de la famille vient donner aux plats toute la saveur d'une cuisine exceptionnelle.. La viande est très bonne et très tendre et la cuissonau brasero donneun bon goût,les desserts sont délicieux. Et le vin au pichet est très agréable....avec modération. Bref allez y sans vous poser de questions.

I passed through Vivario early in the day and had not eaten. The first restaurant along the road with a lovely terrace was Chez Jean-Pierre. On a Sunday before the meal hour, this gracious host arranged a gluten-free and very delicious roast chicken with vegetables to help me on my way. The food, the company, and the view were all I needed to start my day the best way possible. Merci Jean-Pierre!
